1. I have just received a license key for Dekart Product from Element5 (Regnow, Cifnet, or Dekart local distributor). I entered the license key in the About dialog, however, I get a message that the software is NOT registered and that I have to register online.
After you enter your lisense key in the About dialog, it says that the software is LICENSED but NOT REGISTERED. This means that you have the right to use the software, but you are not eligible to product updates and to receive support from Dekart Support Department should you require any help. Please, enter your license key and VALID e-mail at https://inside.dekart.com/register/ to register. After you provide this information, you will receive an email with the registration number, which you will be able to enter into About dialog.
2. I cannot access https://inside.dekart.com/register/ using Mozilla or Opera, or other than IE browser. How do I register?
Currently, we support only Internet Exporer for secure processing of customer information. Please, use Internet Explorer browser for successful registration.
