Software that has a 30-days trial period is NOT refundable. We emphasize that the trial period is an important phase. We encourage you to explore the programs and try all their options before the purchase. Do not hesitate to contact our support team if you have any questions.
In all the other cases, the value of the refund will be slightly smaller than the original amount you paid for the product, to cover the transaction fees.
If you encountered a problem with our product:
- Contact us as soon as possible,
preferably within 72 hours from the incident. Once our Technical
Department identifies the problem with the product, you will receive
either a refund or a new product.
- Our technical support department
must examine the case and conclude that the device is malfunctioning.
- Keep a history of the messages exchanged with the technical support team. The conversation history may be requested before a replacement is sent or a refund is issued.
- There is a $10 re-stocking fee to cover all the expenses. In case of physical products, the shipping price is not refundable!
Special terms for Dekart SIM Card Reader:
The SIM Card Reader comes with a lifetime warranty; if it is not working or there is a misdelivery, we will replace it with a new one for free, if these additional conditions are met:
- The original device is sent back
to our headquarters;
- You covered the shipping expenses
for both, the old and the new item.*
Once our Technical Department identifies the problem with the product, you will receive either a refund or a new product. Please allow up to one month for the exchange to arrive.
*This refers to all Dekart hardware in case of replacements.
You must complete all the address fields in the shipping details section while placing your order, including the recipientís phone number and company name. Please avoid using invalid or incomplete addresses. We are not responsible for incorrect, incomplete, mistaken or intentional wrong shipping addresses provided by customers in their orders. Due to the huge number of orders, we are unable to check the correctness of each shipping addresses that customers indicates in the order, thus we encourage our customers to provide a VALID address for delivery. In case the shipping address is incorrect or incomplete, the package will be returned to the sender (Dekart) and in order to resend the package, we will need the customer to provide a valid address. The shipping charge for resending the package is at the customerís cost. We reserve the right, with prior notice to the customer, to cancel any order or refuse to ship any package which contains fraudulent, wrong or mistaken delivery address.
We cannot always guarantee product availability and an immediate delivery may not be possible. We reserve the right to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order without liability or prior notice.
Please ship the original hardware product to our headquarters in the Republic of Moldova. Our contact information and return location are available here: www.dekart.com/company/contact/. The returned hardware must be in the same state and conditions it was delivered to your location. The shipping return costs are carried by customer.
Please allow up to one month for the exchange to arrive. We are not responsible for shipping damages or package loss on the way to our office. Only manufacturers' defects are covered under warranty. This does not include intentional damage, or general wear and tear such as scratches, dents/chips, etc. No water damage is covered.
