INTRODUCTION:

Dekart SIM Manager is a tool, which enables you to manage your SIM card: 
  read, edit and write phone book; 
  create and restore backup copies of phone book; 
  activate, change or unblock PIN code(PIN1/PIN2). 

The phone book can be imported/exported to/from CSV format 
(comma-separated values).

Dekart SIM Manager supports Smart card readers complying with the 
PC/SC specification (Personal Computer/Smart Card).

Dekart SIM Manager is very easy to use and is installed within minutes.


DEKART SIM MANAGER FUNCTIONS:

File
  "New file"              - enables you to create a new phone book file.
  "Open file"             - enables you to open a saved phone book file.
  "Close"                 - enables you to close a phone book file.
  "Save"                  - enables you to save a phone book file.
  "Save As"               - enables you to save a phone book file with a
                            new name.
  "Print"                 - allows printing your phonebook.
  "Exit"                  - exit from the program.
                          
Edit      
  "Undo"                  - enables you to undo edit actions(add,cut,delete).
  "Redo"                  - enables you to redo (undo)action.
  "Cut"                   - cut entry (entries) to clipboard.
  "Copy"                  - enables you to copy a selected phone book entry.
  "Paste"                 - enables you to paste a phone book entry that you 
                            have copied.
  "Delete"                - enables you to remove a selected phone book entry.
  "Add contact"           - enables you to create a new phone book entry.
  "Edit contact"          - enables you to change a selected phone book entry.
  "Search and Replace"    - enables you to search a phone book entry with
			    specified content, and replace the required content 
                            with predefined
			    keywords.

SIM                      
  "Read SIM"              - enables you to read a phone book from the 
                            SIM card.
  "Write SIM"             - enables you to write a phone book to the 
                            SIM card.
  "Change PIN1"           - enables you to change PIN1 code of the SIM card.
  "Change PIN2"           - enables you to change PIN2 code of the SIM card.
  "Close"                 - enables you to close and power down the SIM card.
                          
  "Backup SIM"            - enables you to change PIN1 code of the SIM card.
  "Restore SIM"           - enables you to change PIN2 code of the SIM card.
  "Properties"            - shows information about SIM, phonebook, and PIN
                            state.  
Options
  "Change Font"           - enables you to change contact list font for
                            better view.
  "Options"               - enables you to change application settings.

Help
  "Readme"                - displays this file.
  "About"                 - displays information about the program and 
                            registration information.

 The toolbar of the SIM Manager allows selecting different options for writing 
 the data onto the SIM card:
  "New file"              - enables you to create a new phone book file.
  "Open file"             - enables you to open a saved phone book file.
  "Save"                  - enables you to save a phone book file.
  "Print"                 - allows printing your phonebook.
