1. Utility Description

  This utility is used to format individual hardware Keys (USB tokens or smart 
cards) for operation with Dekart's security applications. 

  The Current version of the Dekart Key formatting utility supports the 
following hardware Keys: 

   Aladdin eToken PRO
   Aladdin eToken R2
   Schlumberger Multiflex
   Schlumberger Cryptoflex
   Schlumberger Payflex
   Rainbow iKey 1000
   Rainbow iKey 2000
   Rainbow iKey 2032
   Rainbow iKey 3000
   Eutron CryptoIdentity ITSEC

  To start the format process you must insert the hardware Key and 
press "Format" button. Please note that formatting is a long operation 
so please wait.

  Formatting a hardware Key that already has Dekart applications on it will 
delete the original format, and will result in the loss of Dekart applications 
data.  Non-Dekart applications data will not be affected by this process.  

  Before formatting Smart Card you will be asked to enter the formatting 
password (issuer key).

  If you hardware Key has a PIN and it is required for formatting you will be 
asked to enter it. Please note that after formatting this type of token
your PIN will be changed to default for this type of hardware Key. 

For Alladin R2 default PIN is "1234567890"
For iKey2000/iKey2032 default PIN is empty
