Changes in the Dekart Software Registration Process

 

New versions of Dekart software will use a different numbering scheme during the registration process. If you have a license number, please register it; if you already have a registration number, nothing needs to be changed.

More details about the change of the numbering scheme were sent via email. The email is authentic, you are not being phished.

If you haven't received the email (ex: it was blocked by a spam-filter), below are the instructions you need to follow. 

Dekart is changing the software registration policy, please, REGISTER your LICENSE KEY at https://inside.dekart.com/register/ to obtain a REGISTRATION KEY. Future versions of our software will only accept REGISTRATION KEYS, which means that you MUST obtain a REGISTRATION KEY. The program will stop working if you used a license key.

Why are we changing the licensing policy? Due to the increased level of piracy and the risk of software being altered by spyware, or other kinds of malware, we have implemented an integrity checking mechanism. In order for it to work, you need to make sure that the program uses a registration number (rather than a license number).

A license number is of this form (5 sets of 5 symbols)  xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx

A registration number is of this form (1 set of 38 symbols)
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

If you have a license number, you need to register it, by visiting https://inside.dekart.com/register/

The registration process

• is free of charge

• is quick, and fully automated

• will NOT require you to provide any personal details

If you already have a registration number, you can ignore this email.

You can continue using the current versions of the software with a license number, but the future versions will only accept registration numbers.
