Dekart SIM Explorer 1.3 is here for New Year holidays!

SIM Explorer 1.3 – the smart cell phone card processing tool designed to view and edit the contents of a GSM, 3G, USIM or CDMA R-UIM card – has come now with an improved full scan algorithm, which makes it faster than the previous version. Besides several bug-fixes, the software now includes an automatic update checker too. The next version will come with improved support and functionality for R-UIM (CDMA) cards.

Even though the program targets mobile operators, content providers, forensic detectives, developers and reverse engineers, simple users who need flexible access to the structure of a SIM card will find this tool useful as well. Dekart SIM Explorer is compatible with all PC/SC smart card readers.

IMPORTANT: For those who wish to test it before ordering, there is a TRIAL VERSION available now! The trial version is limited in functionality (full scan mode is disabled, only standard files will be revealed; the SIM is open in read-only mode; the scan results cannot be saved to a file), but you have 30 days to see it with your own eyes and test it.
