To save a phoebook to a file, press the Save button, or go to File -> Save as... or File -> Save.
Select the folder to which you want to save the file and enter its name.
Select the type of the file - the default choice is <.phn> (or the extension you chose in the program's settings), and enter the name of the file. SIM Manager also allows you to save a phonebook to a <.csv> file (which can be further processed by other applications, such as organizers and mail clients).
Note. If you wish to use the CSV file in a non-Unicode application (ex: older versions of Microsoft Excel), enable the save CSV in current ANSI codepage option in the program's settings.
