Error writing data into KSD (Not enough free space on KSD)
|
An error occurred while writing data to the KSD. Usually this is caused by the lack of free space on the device.

Free up some space on the KSD. Use Dekart KeyManager.

Biometric verification failed!
|
The provided BIO ID did not match the one stored on the KSD.

Perform the biometric authentication again.
|
Error Backup file opening
|
An error occurred while opening the backup file. Perhaps it is corrupt, or it is being used by another application.

Make sure that the file is not used by a different application. If you have reasons to believe it is corrupt, try to repair it with specialized software (ex: Windows system utility, Norton Utilities etc.)

Error: Backup file not found
|
The backup file was not found.
|
Make sure the path to the file is correct, and that its name is written right.
|
Removable device's not found. Enable at list one and try again.
|
No removable devices were found in your system.
|
Connect the KSD to your computer and retry the operation.
