Returns and Refunds Policy

Special notice: due to the enormous amount of spam, emails containing registration information may accidentally be treated as junk mail. If you did not receive a message from Dekart within 24 hours after the purchase, please get in touch with us, providing alternative contact information at  this page.

Software refunds

Software refunds will be issued in the following cases:

  • The problem was too subtle to be discovered during the 30-day trial period;
  • The problem that caused you to request the refund is indeed created by our product, and not by another application on your computer or by faulty hardware;
  • The problem has been examined by our technical support team, and we failed to provide a solution in a reasonable amount of time.

We would like to emphasize that the trial period is an important phase. We encourage you to explore the programs and try all their options before the purchase. Do not hesitate to contact our support team if you have any questions.

Hardware returns and refunds

Product Availability

Although availability may be indicated on the Site, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.

Shipping

The number of days shown for each shipping option is measured from the date Dekart provides your order to a shipping company, and not the date you place your order with Dekart. The time it takes for your order to arrive will vary based upon product availability (orders may be held until all products in the order are ready to ship), and other factors.

  • Regular Air Mail Delivery. All orders shipped via regular airmail arrive within 10 business days to all European countries and from 10 to 25 business days if shipped to countries outside of Europe.
  • Express Delivery. The packages delivered via Express Delivery Service arrive to the destination point within 3-4 business days if shipped to European countries and up to 7 business days if shipped to countries outside of Europe.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund or exchange your product within 30 days of arrival of the product at our facilities. Please, bear in mind that the shipping return costs are carried by customer. Our products carry 1 year's manufacturers' warranty.

Things to remember:

Please include a note stating what is wrong with the product, whether it is a refund, exchange, or repair under the manufacturer's warranty. Also, please state your name & address along with your e-mail address, order number, and approximate purchase date.

For refunds – the product must be in the same condition you received it in.

For refunds – there is a $10 re-stocking fee to cover all the expenses

Only manufacturers' defects are covered under warranty. This does not include intentional damage, or general wear and tear (such as scratches, dents/chips, etc.). If any water damage is detected to have gotten in, water damage is not covered.

If your product cannot be repaired, we will send you a replacement of the exact same product. If that model is out of stock, then you can choose another product of the same value. In most cases of manufacturers' defects, the products can be repaired

Please insure your return. We are not responsible for shipping damages. In case of package being lost there is a 30 day waiting period before refund. Please allow up to three weeks for exchange to arrive

If there are any other problems, we will work with you until both parties are satisfied.
