Great news: Dekart SIM Manager 2.7 is finally here, with improved usability for smart card service and better handling of unused records!

The main features of the new version are as follows:

• User friendly approach when the smart card service is not running – in case the smart card service is not running, the program automatically performs a check of the service, thus saving you time and efforts to do it manually. If you have administrative privileges, the service will be started automatically. If you do not have administrative privileges, the program will request them on Windows Vista and Seven OS. In case the smart card service is disabled, a message will appear notifying you of the problem.

• Better handling of unused records on a SIM card – with the help of this feature, any phone will be able to correctly handle the free space and empty records on your SIM card, thus allowing you to keep the records from you SIM card organised and up-to-date.

Among these primary changes, there are some small bug fixes as well.
