Dekart announces the release of the new Keeper 4 – advanced encryption software with a new interface and improved functionality!

Dekart Keeper 4 comes with the excellent ability to encrypt the files that you need to be stored securely so that no one but you can have access to it. Once the program is installed on your computer, you can encrypt data in a few clicks of the mouse. There is no way anyone can access them without providing the password that you specified at encryption. The decryption process is also easy and fast, making it all a speedy and reliable service. Keeper uses 256-bit AES encryption which is NIST-certified and is among the best security mechanisms known today.

 

Memorizing passwords is now easier than ever with Keeper 4 and its Key management tool. You can now set passwords or let Keeper generate the passwords for you and even determine their quality by using the password quality meter. Moreover, its mobility allows your friends or colleagues to use a self-extracting encryption archive for decrypting your shared files without even having to install the program on their computers. And if you want to delete the encrypted files without a trace, Keeper can wipe them so that they can’t be recovered afterwards which adds more security to the entire system.

 

Among other features there is the integration into Explorer's right-click menu and Microsoft Office applications. Moreover, “encrypt and e-mail” will help you e-mail the encrypted file right away by using the default e-mail program.
